Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Artivox, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws. The service is not intended for use by children without appropriate consent under local law.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you generate, subject to the rights of third parties and applicable law. By using Artivox, you grant us a limited license to process content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or generate content that violates laws or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, misuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others.

Children’s Use

Artivox is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by local law. Where applicable, verified consent from a parent or guardian is required before use.

Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or legal requirements. You may request to delete your account via the in‑app support channel. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal information subject to legal and security obligations.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artivox and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance. We will provide notice through the app or our website where appropriate.

User Content and Data Processing Users may upload images, text prompts, or other content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that

• Users may upload images, text prompts, or other content.
• First-Party Processing: All text prompts and uploaded images are processed exclusively on Artivox’s secure, first-party servers. We do NOT share, transmit, or disclose your personal data, prompts, or images to any third-party AI service providers.
• Data Purpose: Your data is collected and processed solely to provide and improve the App's core features (image and video generation). We do not use your private content for third-party marketing or undisclosed commercial purposes.
• Device Information: We collect basic device information (model, OS version) strictly to ensure app stability and account security.
• Equivalent Protection: We implement industry-leading security protocols to ensure that all data processed within our internal infrastructure receives a high level of protection, meeting or exceeding App Store safety requirements.

Users agree not to upload content that:

• violates applicable laws
• infringes intellectual property rights
• contains illegal or harmful material
• violates the privacy of others
