Welcome to Artivox - AI Image & Video Studio ("App", "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artivox mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Artivox is an AI-powered creative studio that allows users to generate and transform visual content using artificial intelligence.

Features may include but are not limited to:

• AI image generation
• Text-to-image creation
• Image-to-image transformation
• Text-to-video generation
• Image-to-video animation
• AI video effects and enhancements
• Creative workflows and visual styles

These features may evolve over time as we continue to improve the Service.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require user registration or login.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information
• maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• accept responsibility for activities conducted under their account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases that provide access to additional tools, credits, or premium content.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play account settings before the renewal period.

Billing and payment processing are handled through the app store platform. Pricing and subscription options are displayed within the App.

5. User Content and Data Processing

Users may upload images, text prompts, or other content.

• First-Party Infrastructure: All AI generation and content transformations are processed exclusively on Artivox’s proprietary, secure first-party servers.
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, transmit, or disclose your text prompts, uploaded images, or generated results with any third-party AI providers or external services.
• Data Purpose: Collected data (such as prompts) is used solely to implement the Service's features. We do not use your private content for third-party marketing or any undisclosed commercial purposes.

6. Facial Data Processing

When you use features involving facial images.

• Temporary Processing: Facial data is processed in real-time solely to generate the requested AI visual effects.
• No Retention: We do not store or retain facial data on our servers after the generation process is complete.
• No Biometrics: The App does not perform biometric identification or any form of identity recognition.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including but not limited to:

• software
• algorithms
• designs
• trademarks
• user interface elements

are owned by the developer or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the App without authorization.

8. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated through artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it.

The developer is not responsible for misuse of AI-generated content.

9. Prohibited Use

Users agree not to use the Service to:

• generate illegal content
• create harmful or abusive material
• violate intellectual property rights
• impersonate others
• exploit the Service in ways that may damage the platform

10. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if these Terms are violated.

Users may stop using the App at any time.
